this organization has recently been bought out by Bookmark Medical and now you can't get through to a live person at the office. i've called 5 times and been put on hold and then disconnected after waiting for 5 minutes. this was my primary care doctor and i am definitely going to find someone else. Dr. Goldberg was there before the change over and he was great and you were able to get a question answered versus this terrible interaction i'm having. DO NOT USE BOOKMARK MEDICAL. you will not have access to your doctor and it will be pure frustration dealing with them.

First off, Dr. Mark Goldberg is awesome! This review has nothing to do with him and is not directed at him in any way. I highly recommend him. He is honestly the best doctor I have ever had. Village Medical, however, is another story. The only reason I continue to go here is because of Dr. Goldberg. If he was not there, I would absolutely find another place. I went in as a self pay patient and paid the exact amount they asked for, which was $95. I received a receipt and both the receipt and the office manager confirmed that this was the full payment for the visit. Later I received a second bill for the exact same visit. There were no additional services, no medications, and nothing extra. The statement clearly shows it was simply for the same office visit that had already been paid in full. What made it worse is there was no way to dispute it. There was no contact link, no clear way to question the charge, and no explanation. In the end I just paid it. The amount was not huge so the money was not really the issue. The issue is that I was basically forced to pay a bill I did not owe just to avoid the risk of it being sent to collections and damaging my credit. That is not right

Wait time for my appointment was a bit long but Dr. Goldberg is a gem. He is direct, to the point, but with a glint in his eye. I feel well cared for. He does not shy away from referrals to other professionals. And the staff are super friendly and efficient. Love these people!

I am a 56 yr old woman who has also been an RN for 20 years, ans I actually felt heard for the first time as it relates to my health and overall well-being. Beth Moreland FNP provided excellent information, education, and options available to me to manage my menopause symptoms. She did not tell me to embrace my new stage in life as other providers have for the past 10 years. She did not just prescribe an antidepressant and shuffle me out...as if that would alleviate my hot flashes, insomnia, brain fog, constant fatigue, joint pain, and erratic mood swings. Instead, her approach was empathetic and compassionate. She listened, and I will be returning to her location whenever I am seeking care. Everyone else I had any contact with was equally kind and professional. This office is an amazing place. Thank you to your team.

My son had the absolute misfortune of scheduling a physical at this train wreck of a clinic. His appointment was originally for 1:00 pm, but he received a confirmation text changing it to 1:20 pm. He followed directions, checked in online, and arrived on time—only to be met with outright hostility. The staff was beyond rude, and the nurse practitioner? Completely unhinged. Not only did they speak to my son with zero professionalism, but I witnessed them being verbally abusive to other patients in the waiting room. This place is a disaster. Disorganized, disrespectful, and honestly, dangerous. Cheap? Yes. But you’ll pay for it in stress and mistreatment. Avoid this place like the plague—it’s not worth the “savings.”
